The Triangle

Drawn before it's built. Smart home installation in Raleigh works best on paper first. On a new build we mark up the plans with your builder and pull every run during rough-in, ahead of insulation and drywall, so the finished rooms show trim and plaster and nothing else. In a finished home in North Hills or Inside the Beltline, we walk the rooms and tell you what's clean to do without opening a wall. When should a smart home company get involved in a new build?

At the plans. We mark up the drawings with your builder so keypad boxes, camera drops, and the spot for the enclosure or rack are decided on paper instead of in change orders, and we walk the frame with you before the wiring goes in. Call at any stage and we'll tell you plainly what's still clean to do.

Can you add smart home automation to an existing home?

Yes, and it's half our Triangle work. A finished home in North Hills or Inside the Beltline gets the same design pass as a new build: we walk it first, tell you what's achievable without opening walls and what's worth opening them for, then fish the cable clean and patch right.

What smart home brands and systems does Connesso install?

The benefit picks the platform. Lighting on Lutron or Deako, whole-home control on Control4, voice on Josh.ai, music on Sonos, WiiM, or Juke Audio, security on Alarm.com, the network on eero or UniFi. We're a certified Josh.ai, Control4, Lutron, and Alarm.com dealer, and every scene gets adjusted room by room before we hand you the system.
