What we design

The home doesn't end at the back door.

The same quiet intelligence that runs the house runs the grounds. Music follows you out to the pool. Lighting wakes the landscape at dusk, and the spa is ready before you are. All of it planned alongside the build, so the technology lives outside without ever looking like it.

Pool speakers, spa, and sauna on one screen.

Pool, spa, and sauna run on the same app as the lights and the music, one screen instead of three remotes and a pool controller buried in a kitchen drawer.

Outdoor living

The porch works like your favorite room.

One press and the shades drop, the SunBrite TV wakes, and the music settles to the right volume for the hour. Behind that press is a weather-rated keypad set flush in the column, wired back to the same rack that runs the house, so guests can run the porch without a walkthrough. It's the backyard entertainment system the family ends up living in from April to October.

Landscape lighting

The trees come up at dusk on their own.

Path lights graze the walk, uplights catch the canopy, and the brass fixtures run on a smart switch that follows real sunset, earlier in December, later in June.
